Who am I supporting?
I had someone ask who is Sebastien after reading the below post. Well, good question. Some of you may have seen my email, but Sebastien is the almost 3 year old son of some very good friends of Ann and mine: Jean Michel and Shannon Daniel. Jean Mi and Shannon are friends from our days in LA.

Sebasiten was diagnosed with Leukemia this past winter and has since has gone through 2 rounds of chemo. His older brother Julien was found to be a match for a bone marrow transplant, and starting on Aug 19th, the whole family will be moving down from Fresno to LA for 4 months to go through the process.

Again, this is to support the Daniel's in their time of need. Any support you can provide to help me reach my goal, and in turn support the family is much appreciated.

It’s been more than a few months since we’ve found out aboutSebastien’s sickness. And since that time I’ve searched and searched forthe best way to support my dear friends Jean Michel, Shannon, Julien and ofcourse Sebastien. Owing to some now fortuitous circumstances, I’ve taken up the challenge ofparticipating in the LA Triathlon (my first) in support of Sebastien’s evenbigger challenge. The Daniel’s are such a magnificent family; their loveand support for those around them make this an easy decision for me to returnthose qualities in kind. I’m proud to be part of this group and I wouldhumbled by your support.
